Meals on Wheels is a voluntary organization engaged in the exclusive primary effort to keep people in their home as long as possible by delivering hot, nutritionally well balanced meals to them.

Our Meals

Home cooked flavor
Menus created by registered dietitian
Meals meet all state and federal standards of calories and food groups required for the elderly
On site kitchen facility meeting health standards
Requirements prescribed by healthcare provider such as liquified foods are available at no extra charge
Hot meals are delivered Monday - Friday by trained volunteers
Frozen meals are available for the weekend

Each meal is individually identified and placed in a container which may be used as a plate so that no dishes are required.

To keep food at appropriate temperatures during delivery, heated "bricks" are placed in insulated containers.
